Easy cheesecake with foam
Dough
- 0,3 kg flour
- 0,1 kg sugar
- 0,15 kg margarine
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon of baking powder
Cheese dough
- 1 kg minced quark
- 2 glasses of milk
- 1 glass of sugar
- 0,5 glass of oil
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- 1 vanilla pudding instant
Foam
- 5 egg whites
- 1 glass of sugar
Recipe
- Put margarine on the board, add flour, baking powder and sugar boulted through a sieve. Chop with a knife until all ingredients are combined.
- Add yolks, eggs and prepare as shortcrust pastry.
- Cool in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Cover the form with baking paper. Roll out the dough into a 0.5 cm cake and put on the bottom of the sheet.
- Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees C and bake for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, combine all the ingredients in a large container with a mixer. Add the ingredients in the order listed above.
- Pour the finished dough onto the bottom and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- 5 minutes before the end of baking, beat the egg whites until stiff. At the end of beating, add sugar.
- Pour the whole foam onto the baked cheesecake and bake for another 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
